WHO WE ARE

Greek Street 2-cropped.jpg

Artus & Truelove was founded by Brett Artus BLE MRICS in 2001

Brett graduated from Aberdeen University with a degree in Bachelor of Land Economy in 1983 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. Having worked for several firms in London and Surrey since graduating he decided that founding his own firm was the only way that he could deliver a very personal service to the Clients that he wanted to work for.

As many property consultancies continue to merge and globalise, our intensely personal service offers something  different - an entirely bespoke service dealing with the specific needs of our Clients.

We are a small but hugely experienced team, and we pride ourselves on being organised, methodical and thoroughly professional. We have confidence in what we do and place great emphasis on effective communication with our Clients, something which we find is often promised but seldom delivered.

Add in a healthy dose of persistence and tenacity and we think that we can be a formidable ally to have on your side.

We strive to tailor our services to the specific needs of our Clients and so although our web site provides a general overview of what we can do, please feel free to contact us, without obligation, to discuss your specific requirements.

We can gladly put you in touch with existing Clients who will tell you more about us and provide references as to the scope and quality of our work.

A very flexible resource, Brett is able to troubleshoot specific issues or provide a wider asset management role for extended property portfolios.

Away from the office, and football transport services for his two sons, Brett enjoys tennis, yoga, rowing, e-mountain-biking, French and tasting wine, not necessarily in that order.

Essentially this means making sites and buildings more valuable and more useful.

Mark is a commercial property professional with over 30 years’ experience in all categories of commercial and publicly owned property.

Mark can deal with the contracting process and creating assets suitable for lenders and end users.  Mark regularly carries out due diligence, acquisitions, the more technically complex the better, and sales and lettings of developed product.

Because Mark has worked extensively for end users and owners, he is able to look at real estate from both occupational and owner points of view.
